By definition, an ambassador has a special mission to accomplish in a foreign country. Given that, the mission of our Ambassadors of Taste is to disseminate the identity, history and unique characteristics of the Sicilian cuisine through passion and hard work. They are chefs, restaurant managers, professionals and associations, which do not stay confined to kitchens or restaurants.
